With the 2005 NHL-NHLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement currently set to expire on Sept. 15, 2012, Richard McCleary — formerly of NHLSCap.com and a consultant of CapGeek.com — has taken the framework of the current CBA and written a new CBA proposed to take effect in 2012-13, assuming at least one side elects not to extend the current CBA.
